Is there really a free trial?
Your first 7 days are free. We ask for a card to start, and your subscription is charged automatically on day 8 unless you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. We send a reminder email before your trial ends.
What's the difference between Steward and Steward+?
Everything in Steward, plus separate Business books and multi-year Forecast for households that also run a business and plan ahead. Business books include a separate P&L and Schedule C categories for a side business or self-employment, kept apart from household totals. Forecast projects cash and net worth over multiple years with life events. Steward+ also retains a direct line to the founder and early access to new features.
Can my spouse use it too?
Yes, and it's free. Money is a household thing, so your spouse is included on any plan at no extra cost, with a shared view of every dollar.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
Never. We don't sell your financial data and we don't run ads — the subscription is how we're paid. Bank connections are read-only, so UniFi can't move your money.
How does the church partnership work?
Choose your church in UniFi, and every month UniFi gives it 10% of your subscription, from us, on top of anything you give. It counts once your church has set up UniFi Giving, which is free for churches.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Your first 7 days are free. We ask for a card to start, and you're charged only if you keep UniFi past day 7; cancel before then from Settings → Billing and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from Settings → Billing or by emailing support@uunifi.com — no phone call, no retention maze. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays yours. Email us for a full export anytime, and we'll permanently delete it on request. We never sell your data — whether you stay or go.
Can I switch or downgrade plans?
For a plan or billing-frequency change, email support@uunifi.com. We will confirm the price and effective date before a change is made.
